Our story began in 1994 when qualified accountant Natalie Benson founded Espi with a clear vision. Having worked closely with businesses of all sizes, she recognised that many organisations were struggling with disconnected suppliers for their accounting software, IT support and business systems. Instead of spending valuable time dealing with multiple companies, she believed businesses deserved a single technology partner that understood the bigger picture.
That philosophy remains at the heart of Espi today.

After more than three decades leading the business, Natalie retired in 2026, leaving behind a company with strong values, an experienced team and an outstanding reputation for customer service.
Today, Espi is led by Michelle White, who has been part of the business for more than 25 years. Having worked across consultancy, operations and leadership, Michelle understands both the technical and commercial challenges that businesses face every day. Her focus continues to be delivering the same personal service, trusted advice and long term support that clients have always expected from Espi.
In June 2026, Espi became part of the Innov8 Group, marking an exciting new chapter in our journey.Joining the Innov8 Group has strengthened what we can offer without changing who we are.
