Sage 200 Implementation Consultant

Espi Ltd are a flourishing Sage Business Partner in Cambridge and we are seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated individual to join our expanding team.  You will be responsible for implementing new Sage 200 systems which incorporates consultancy, implementation planning, data transfer, installation and training.  You will spend considerable time with the clients discussing their needs and requirements therefore excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.  A good understanding of IT infrastructure is also very important.  You should have sound experience of Sage 200 and have a proven ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will be well presented and demonstrate excellent written and spoken English.  Time management skills are an essential part of the role and the ability to self motivate is also important.  You should have strong commercials and financials skills and any knowledge of BOM, Manufacturing, Report Designer, CRM or BI would be an advantage.  The role would involve some travelling so the ideal candidate would be living within a commutable distance from Cambridge and would be willing to travel to surrounding counties (Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, London etc).

Sage 200 Support Technician – Trainee Position

Espi is one of the UK's leading Sage Business Partners and are pleased to announce the opening of a new full time position on our Sage helpdesk.  The successful applicant will working within our small but busy helpdesk providing telephone and email support to a wide range of clients.  The role will involve recording all support cases and related actions in our in house support database in a clear, understandable and accurate manner therefore excellent written English skills are vital for this position.  The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, enjoy problem solving and have an analytical mind. Due to the nature of the job it is essential that you have some IT experience, you should feel confident navigating around a PC and have a basic understanding PC troubleshooting.  The majority of this role involves liaising with clients in order to obtain information relating to their issues so a confident and positive personality is important and excellent verbal communication skills along with a good telephone manner is essential.

As this is a Sage Support Technician role, any exposure to Sage 50, Sage Line 100, Sage MMS or Sage 200 would be a bonus but are not essential as full training will be provided. During the training process you may be required to stay overnight in various locations around the UK.
