Sage 200 support consultant
Espi Ltd are a multi award winning, expanding, Sage Business Partner, highly focused on excellent customer service. We have been providing software, hardware, support and training services for more than 15 years and are looking to expand our Sage support team further.
The role involves first line telephone, email and remote client support with instant resolution provided to common problems and requests, and escalation where necessary. The role is stimulating with a range of opportunities for you to advance your knowledge and gain Sage 200 certifications.
You will have a background in supporting Sage 200 with a Sage Business Partner, or you may possibly be working in an end user environment as a bookkeeper, and looking to move your career to software support. You should have great communication skills, and a real love of customer service and handling client enquiries efficiently. There will also be plenty of opportunities to get involved in implementation and training if you wish to progress into those fields.
