CRM and accountancy software can be complex to use, especially for end users who are unfamiliar with the basic concepts or who have used alternative systems in the past. Espi customise our training services to ensure that our training exactly fits the trainees requirements.

Espi's training courses are entirely bespoke, so that training covers the elements most relevant to each of your users and your particular business processes, this also ensures that your staff aren’t trained on functionality they won’t be using. Training can be provided either onsite or in Espi’s training classroom. Our professional training will ensure you to get the most out of your system.

All our courses are a mixture of lectures, demonstrations, and hands on sessions. Classes are small and every participant has sole use of a PC in order to facilitate skill development. Comprehensive course notes are provided and you receive a certificate of attendance on completion.

Courses usually begin at 10am. Lunch is included with refreshments throughout the day. Prices listed are exclusive of VAT and subject to our terms and conditions, which are available on request.

Please note: Payments are due in full prior to course date. If booking less than 14 days prior to course date payment in full should be sent. A deposit of £50 + VAT per trainee is required to confirm your booking, we will contact you upon processing your booking to collect your deposit.
