Network/I.T. Support

One of the first differences you’ll note when dealing with Espi is that, like our Sage help desk, Network support is staffed by engineers who really understand your problems and will speak to you in a non technical way.

We operate our service desk to the highest standards.All calls are logged, tracked and managed to call closure; problems are often resolved before you are aware they exist due to our proactive monitoring of critical tasks such as backup and licence expiration of key software applications.  Our team tries to take away the day to day headaches of dealing with IT issues such as managing e-mail addresses and security each time a employee starts with or leaves your employ.

The Network team are situated next to our Sage team so the teams can liaise closely without the need to refer you to an external supplier.
