At Espi we offer a comprehensive support package for all Sage and Networking
clients.
For an annual fee, this service will entitle the user/s to unlimited
support should any difficulties arise, or if the user simply wishes to make sure
that they are doing the right thing.
A VPN or a modem is used to link
your system to ours should the problem become too difficult to explain over the
phone. You simply select an option on your computer that links your computer with
ours, enabling us to see your problem first hand on our screen. We will then be
able to show you where the problem lies
Security is of course paramount. We can never access your system without your permission

Indeed some of our customers have likened the telephone/modem support to training.
