In both cases, in the first instance support will be offered via the telephone, email or fax to identify what the problem is. Guidance will then be given if possible on the telephone, otherwise we will connect remotely to your system to diagnose the problem further and fix where appropriate. In addition to network and server software support we will also assist in diagnosing hardware and cabling faults/problems within the same contract.
